After sharing the job posting for a proactive personal assistant, it was seen by hundreds of people, leading to an overwhelming number of great responses and strong applicants. And, of course, an even fuller mailbox. It was inspiring to see how many talented people were interested in being part of my business.
I am happy to let you know that I have now been able to close the vacancy. Bianca Bos has started as my personal assistant and will support me in streamlining my business. I am convinced that we can take the business to a higher level, so that I can fully focus on my core activities and further growth. Together we look forward to tackling many great projects and challenges in the near future.

Can you help me streamline my business? After all, my business has exploded! Every day I receive calls, emails, WhatsApps and LinkedIn messages. People want to meet up, have questions and requests, etc.. These are currently not structurally getting the attention they deserve. Does this seem like a nice challenge to you? Then I could really use your help!
My business has been growing strongly for several years. With all the developments around AI (Artificial Intelligence), it has grown even much faster. Therefore, I am looking for a professional who can completely take over all communication, organization and planning of my business.
Your duties:
- Manage and structure incoming communications through various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
- Scheduling and tracking appointments using tools such as Google Calendar and project management software.
- Preparing and following up on presentations and the Mastermind sessions (my annual program for two groups of entrepreneurs I mentor).
- Organizing events in beautiful and special locations.
- Drafting and managing collaboration proposals and providing accurate documentation.
- Assist in preparing my presentations & seminars.
- Assist in preparing my coaching sessions.
- Conduct detailed preliminary research on various subjects and people.
- Making sure I can perform to the maximum by organizing everything effectively and efficiently.
- Optional: attend events where I speak and attend Mastermind days.
What am I looking for?
- You are skilled at creating order out of chaos and have a structured approach.
- You communicate professionally, directly and calmly, and you are able to convey facts clearly and objectively.
- You have experience working with entrepreneurs and understand their specific needs and challenges.
- You like it when everything runs like a well-oiled machine and love to optimize processes.
